For over 50 years, Brameast Family Health Organization has been one of our community’s largest health care providers, offering palliative care for Brampton area patients in their homes, as well as supportive care to our patients admitted to Brampton Civic Hospital. Our caring team includes 13 family physicians, an advanced care palliative nurse, clinic registered nurses and a fully trained administrative support staff to provide comprehensive care to over 12,000 patients.
