Grand Empire Banquet Hall

We had our Diwali Gala there and it was the grandest event, customer service was great, food was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Harbans, Phyllis, and their Team delivered what was promised. We would recommend this hall to others.

We had our anniversary 2 yrs back and had a good experience with gurjit and phillips...so we decided to do our daughters wedding at grand empire but this time had a horrible experience with phillips. We had requested the day from 12pm to 5pm to do a luncheon at the hall. Phillips had agreed with us but did not make us sign the contract. Two weeks before the event in our crunch time we were told to come in to sign the contract. Phillips didnt give us the full information and just told us to sign.

Beautiful hall. Poor experience with customer service. The day of the event, the acoustics in the room were horrible. The party next door dominated the sound. The owner and customer service reps were not very accommodating or flexible throughout the process. Would not hold an event in future, despite the decor.
