Loved the food. Everything tasted great, very nice spice and flavor. We don't live in the neighborhood - too bad! But will definitely be back next time in that area.
This was our first time here. Saturday evening. Family run place. Super fast service and food. Within 5 minutes of ordering out came the food. Reminds me of a restaurant in Chinatown in Toronto.

Completely worth the drive from mississauga....amazing quality of food....it tastes fresh and just like back home in Kolkata, India. Could improve on the ambience but as long as the food is 'this' good: no complains..!!
Hakka Village is the best Hakka restaurant in Brampton. The food is delicious, cheap and they give you very big portions. The service is excellent, they always greet you with a smile. The restaurant is great with the exception of no real deserts, and it loooks old. If the place was fixed up better or they were to re-locate then this place would be perfect
Omg honestly i been going to hakka village for over year and half and its the best hakka place to eat at the food is AMAZING.... it is to die for and its sooo cheap. i recomend this to anyone and everyone that loves CHINESSE FOOD cuz this is better then chinesse it has a twist in it of indian spices just to make it right...

I love Hakka Village. The food is so delicious, I love it. I always want to go to Hakka Village to eat. I'm in love with their Mumbai Chicken, it's absolutely delicious, and comes close to being spicy. The service is alright, but it's because they don't have a lot of waiters; mostly one or two, so I can understand. Most of the time I go there is busy, unless it's more to the close time around 9:30 ish. Since it sells wine and all, I don't plan on going there to sit and eat. But we do take out since it's more appropriate.

i've never tasted such great pakoras and chilli chicken... it was my first time there. I've heard alot of good things about this restaurant from my co-workers and friends, so i decided to take my family out to dinner. The food was amazing and the waiters were really nice and greeted you with a smile. There were many people there and i was afriad there wouldn't be any seats left for us, but the waiters quickly put together a table for 6. My family and I all agreed that this restaurant was fantastic. we will difineatley come again. The food portions were way too much for the price that we had plenty left over to take home they even doggie bagged it for us. It was the best hakka restaurant i've been to.
This isn't the first time i visited the restaurant,but finally decided to write a review on it,juts to help someone out.The last time i was there was a weekend,was a little bit of a wait but the waitstaff was really apologetic and got us to our table in good speed and it was clean before we got there inspite of the rush in the restaurant.Our order was promptly taken and the food brought out to us in a fairly good time frame considering the restaurant was jammed from the moment we entered.No loss in quality and flavor of the food either right on target with both.Been to Hakka village many times and will be visiting many more times for sure..

When I arrived there were only 2 people in restaurant. Waiter brought menu quickly, but things went downhill from there. A group of 7 diners came in after me, and then 3 school age teenagers... all had orders taken before me. Waiter seemed "over his head" and couldn't keep up. When food arrived, the spring rolls were no where to be seen. Had to ask for them to be served (would have liked them as an appetizer). Hakken chili chicken covered in a glutinous, strange coloured sauce with a pedestrian flavour (this is supposed to be spicy?). Spring rolls had a non-descript filling and I agree with previous review ~ tasted like they just came out of the freezer. The portion was more than substantial for one diner, but the food and service would have to seriously improve before I'd think about making this restaurant one of my regular spots. Have had much better hakka down at Airport Rd. and Derry.

Food was disappointing/awful- spring rolls were fresh from the freezer, dumplings were okay, crispy beef was like beef chips and server had no idea what was going on!! Our complaint was ignored by the waitstaff and dismissed by owner. Would never go back there again!!
