I have been there a few times costumer service is pathetic. Their closing time is is 10 pm but even if you go by 9 pm first thing they will tell you before you even get seated is to place the order, even before they could offer you a glass of water. Service is horrible same like food. And when you complain they neither listen nor feel sorry or gulity. Inspite of that they will argue endlessly and make you feel like the culprit. I would rather not eat, than going there again, ever. Big NO !!!!

Pathetic service i was ripped off for the food I never eat...we ordered Chans Bhatia and 1 bufee my wife does not eat sweets so we took 1 piece of gulab jamun and 1 scoop of gajar halwa and we were charged for the full amount of the 2nd bufee..the so called manager had a very arrogant attitude...will never ever go the restaurant again....please be careful if you go...the food is just ok nothing special about it.

Yesterday we tried Samosas, food, Jalebi and many more dishes which were very delicious. loved the Masala tea. Very clean facility. Excellent customer service. Overall love this new place. Highly recommended. Keep it up National Sweet Team!!!!!
