When Vietnamese cuisine is the mainstay of a menu that highlights the splendors of Asian cooking, it is truly a culinary delight. When the dishes are prepared by a Vietnamese chef, you can expect authentic cooking with all of the flavours and combinations which make this cuisine so appetizing.
Pho 14 Kennedy, named after a popular Vietnamese noodle, opened its doors in April 2014 to bring true Vietnamese flavour to the local neighbourhood by offering a huge menu with hundreds of tasty dishes that can satisfy every craving for Asian food.
"My husband has been a chef for many years and knows all about Vietnamese cooking,” says Huong Phan, wife of the owner. “He decided to take the plunge and start his own business."
