I would not even like to give a single star to this restaurant as they do not deserve it. I went to this place with a friends family having 3 kids under 5 years of age with us. We ordered seekh kabab,nihari and boneless chicken krahi. My baby was constantly crying so I just started to eat and their boneless krahi had 1.9cm bone in it that got stuck in my throat and I had to stay in hospital and got it removed by endoscopy. When we went back to complain the owner was extremely rude and didn't car
when we went in the restaurant we saw that a waitress and cook were talking to each other and they did not even realise that we are in restaurant. We sit on a table and I have to knock on the table to let waitress know that we are here to eat lunch. She came to our table and I gave her order she went back and placed the order. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to get that order. WHY? because I could see that waitress was keep talking to the cook and they were laughing and laughing. When I asked that why order is so late she said kitchen is not ready yet.

i ordered the food for pickup. i went according to the time they toldme to pickup. for 15 minutes no one was at the cash register and no one came outside. even tough they saw me pacing in the resturant.
when the cashier finally did decide to come out, she messed up the cash register and i was waiting for another 15 minutes. in the meantime no one bothered to ask me what i wanted. finally after 30 minutes everything is working and she asked me what i wanted. i said, " i am here for..." and the phone rings and she tells me to hold on and takes the phone call. as soon as she puts down the phone after 3 minutes it rings again and she is on the phone again taking another order. i waited for 7-8 miutes till she was done.
i was pretty mad and asked for the manager and lo and behold... no manager available.
i am surprised that the business runs half as much with that kind of service. the owner definately needs to hire proper people who are actually trained with customer service as opposed to just taking money.
only visit the resturant if and only if you are stuck in brampton with no ohter option. the food may be good but the service is awfull.
