Turtle Jack's Appleby

I took my daughter to Turtle Jacks on a girls night a couple of Fridays ago. Food was good but expensive, service was great considering they were understaffed for a Friday. Ryan, our server was great, paying special attention to my daughter when her order came out wrong, quickly correcting it. We went back about a week later as a family. Asked for Ryan - and were told he was fired? Seriously?? Why would you let go of a hard working individual that is friendly and takes care of customers???

Bad Service

We waited 10 mins inside withput anybody acknowledging we were there even though many of waitress including the bar tender saw us. We eventually got tired of waiting and left. Will never go back! Stay away!

Terrible service

We sat down for a good 10 minutes. We let them know we were here and ended up waiting another 20 minutes. This is not the first time this happened. We decided to give it another chance but same thing happened. Just a bad place to be. The waitresses are to busy chit chatting then actually working. That's to bad cause they have a good atmosphere.
