Went for a cleaning over two years ago and needed three fillings, I was informed at the cleaning appointment everything would be covered by insurance. After two years I received an email informing me I owe $2500 because insurance all of the sudden didn't cover it ??? Save your time and money and go to a professional dental office.
Dr Zaid destroyed my health tooth. He told me that one of my teeth got cavity and needs filling. But I refused to get the filling done because I had never felt any pain there. He kept insisting for filling and finally I agreed. He was very unprofessional and confused. It took him more than 1 hour for that filling. Right after he was done filling, my that tooth started hurting and got very sensitive. Its now been 4 months since that filling but my that tooth still hurts and is super sensitive.
Amazing office and staff. I didn't feel like I was in a dental office, they were all so kind and friendly. I even got to have a hot chocolate and watch my shows while I waited for my daughter!
Do not go to this dentist. They appear professional but they are not sensitive to customers needs and make you feel bad when you aren't happy with their work. They try to charge you for things, when they've told you previously that your insurance covers it. They book appointments incorrectly. I went their for a cleaning, but apparently it wasn't enough time, so i had to return for the "rest" of my cleaning.
I recently went in for my 6 month cleaning and after being a patient for years, I am finally writing a review since I always get the best care and service. The Cambridge team is always so friendly and are amazing to have working on your mouth. I have had a lot of work done and they are gentle, patient and comforting when nervous! My hygienist uses the water jet when I go for my cleanings and I don't feel a thing, a big change from when I used to go to another dentist. I used to hate going to the dentist and now I actually enjoy it as its great to see Dr. Gakhal and the staff! They remember me, remember what was going on in my life the last time I saw them and make me feel important! I can't speak highly enough of Dawson Dental!
I used to suffer from TMJ disorder and I went to see several medical professionals without any long-term relief from the symptoms. After visiting Dr. Gelfand and his team at Dawson Dental, I feel a lot better and I don't have the pain that I used to suffer from. My ears don't ring and they don't feel stuffy any longer.
