If I could give the receptionist 0 stars i would. She never answers the phone I've been trying to book an appointment for 2 days and have yet go get through. Worst service ever. They need a new receptionist who does her job
Refuses to see patients during COVID. Must be nice to not have to work and get paid. How can you diagnose someone over the phone?? He is rude, short and an overall poor doctor. Will not listen to concerns and argues about what your telling him. Needs to go back to school and learn how to deal with patients. Would not recommend having as your doctor.
Avoid Parveen Gupta at all costs. Parveen gupta does not deserve the title of doctor. He is the worst doctor I have ever encountered and has let down my family too many times. He has misdiagnosed or did not diagnose very critical illnesses many times and does not care at all. You are much better off going to a walk in clinic.

Terrible! Very unprofessional and zero empathy towards his patients. Doesn’t listen and only argues. I have a tooth infection and was there to get antibiotics before seeing my dentist (which was a discussion I had before my doctor appointment w/ my dentist) and first thing he says is “you don’t see a barber when you need your car looked at”. Yea I wasn’t asking for you to fix my tooth, I’m coming for you for a prescription so that I can follow up WITH MY DENTIST. Dr. Gupta is a waste of a degree
Very cold. No bedside manner whatsoever. Rude. Rushes you out the door. I currently have a WSIB claim and need to see a doctor often for updates. Called today in regards to the claim and was told he couldnt see me until June 4th. Thats unacceptable. Ill be looking for another doctor.
I went to see this quack when I was really sick, I knew I had pneumonia,Gupta said I had a sinus infection and gave me a nose spray I argued with him and he said NO it sinus, I have pneumonia I know my body, 2 days later a Sat. I went to the walk in clinic there, I seen a lady Dr. she checked me and told me I had pneumonia she gave me a prescription for an antibiotic to take for 2 weeks...I felt better and the pneumonia was gone...IF you know your body be adament about that to the Dr. -100
When my doctor left my file was passed on to him. I went in with one issue and before I left I knew I would never return. Rude, unprofessional, arrogant, rushed, no bed side manners. There is no way I will ever take my children to him! He might have a medical licence but he is not a family doctor!!!!
I have had two terrible experiences with him. He does not listen to what you say, and simply wants you out of his office as quickly as possible. My latest visit, I went in because I had developed a rash all over my torso and face- his response was “I don’t know what it is.” And told me he wasn’t concerned. Two days later I had to go to emerge because it had gotten so bad and it ended up being scarlet fever. Not impressed with his lack of assessment or action. He is rude and dismissive. Awful.
Very PROACTIVE doctor. Attentive and thorough. Goes above and beyond just treating your symptoms. Extremely polite and professional. Complete opposite of my previous doctor!

Terrible service. I was previously a client of McCallum and when he left got automatically passed on to Gupta as his client. He has brutal bedside manner.. He's rude, arrogant and insensitive. He has no sense of personal boundaries and does not hesitate to ask you intimate questions which have absolutely no relevance to the health issue that you came in for. Finally since I went to another doctor over half a year ago he decided to remove me as a client because that was apparently unacceptable.
sadly he is are family doctor but now for long , took my mom to his and he spoke to her so rudely and yelled at my mom that why did she went to a walk in when she had pain on a Sunday when Dr.Guptas office is closed , their staff is also very rude they never follow up with anyone these idiots from INDIA are just there to swipe our health cards and collect money from the ministry of health !
Horrible doctor, very poor "bedside manner". He makes you feel less than him. Definitely not a great mental health doctor at all.
