I have Worked with Rpm for a number of years getting decals for equipment and company logos for our trucks. I have always been satisfied with their work and appreciate the effort they put in. I realize they are a small busy business and so they can't always get to the phone right away however, they have always got back to me via phone or email. I also really like how they work with me and will deliver the stickers if they are around anyway.

I went to RPM to do the window decal for my business. They made my menu item portion to stick on the wrong side of the window. Asked them to redo it. Spoke to 3 different people from RPM, emailed several times with only 1 reply. I haven’t been contacted in months. I have been approximately 7mths trying to get this fixed. I’ve asked for them to send my invoice and I haven’t gotten one of those either. Very poor customer service, and unprofessional. I will NOT deal with RPM again.

never shown for 3 booked appointments, never finished the wrap, bubbles and un even cuts and ripples in wrap on my car. even being a family friend it took months to get my car seen then horrible wrap job. Got dean to take it all off and went to magnum signs.
