Terrible service. Called re water heater issues. Their “first thing in the morning” became after 3:40pm - but only after I called them. No repair as the man who showed up doesn’t work on gas. So rebooked. No show from their other serviceman at all. Next day - no show at all and no calls to me. I won’t chase these bad service providers. Found another company who respects the customers time and cares about their reputation.

Had a water pipe break in my basement on a Friday afternoon called Dunlops,they had a service man at our house in under 30 minutes and problem fixed in 15 minutes.
