Went there for blood work and they gave my OHIP card by mistake to another customer. Staff are a bit careless with security of OHIP cards. When you leave make sure you are given the correct card. Other than this error the service and staff were fine.

It was terrible. It is a small and stuffy room. The staff there were not friendly and very short fused, especially with seniors. It seemed to annoy them when you had a question. Very unprofessional, I ended up leaving. Avoid if you can!!

Very poor service. This location is really small, just to nurses even though the waiting room is full of customers. They lack of any customer service skills. Avoid.

I brought my 80 year old father in to have fasting bloodwork. We used a previous lab in the past but thought I would try this one for convenience. I was very pleased with how efficient the staff were. The lab technician was very friendly and professional. She took the time to ask my father how he was feeling. She explained what she was doing even though she knew English is his second language. I myself am a health professional and treat everyone the way I would like to be treated. She was great
