On the way back from a visit to Montreal from Ottawa had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant on the ride home after reading all the wonderful reviews, and boy we are glad we did. The food is amazing, everything is homemade and they staff makes you feel like your a part of the family.
This Restaurant is my Favorite and the only "REAL AUTHENTIC" Italian eatery in Cornwall. From there homemade Tomato sauce, to the chicken and veal parms and who can forget the prime rib they serve on Fri and Sat it all amazing. I could go on and on, my recommendation is to just try it out I promise you won't be disappointed. Keep up the good work Joe and Amanda
This place is definitely one of my absolute favorites in Cornwall. I either come with my mom or my boyfriend. Ive done many girls nights out here aswell! I always get the same thing, Cheese and spinach manicotti! The meal comes with a ceasor salad, which I must admit, is the BEST ceasor salad in Cornwall. The waitress always seem a little busy, but the excellent hostess makes up for it !
Visited this restaurant while up in Cornwall for business. It had a cozy, casual decor and I wasn't expecting anything to fancy as far a the meal but boy was I wrong, I ordered seafood linguine and it was AMAZING the best I've ever had they use real lobster and scallops and very large shrimp and the portion was very large, and salad was also included with our meal and the caesar salad was excellent.. Not to mention homemade turtles which were to die for....will be back next time I'm in town on business for sure
What a lovely place. My friend and I had a wonderful dinner there and were treated so well, we've decided that it will definitely be our first choice for our monthly girl's night out. Kudos to Debbie for her excellent service, she placed us at a little out of the way table and took such great care of us, before long we had sat , wined & dined for over 3 hours. We will definitely be back.
One word: overrated. I guess maybe because Cornwall gets excited when anything new, including, new restaurants, come into town, but this place is largely overrated. Here's why: the portion size was too small for the price, the tomato sauce was very very bland and not meaty at all, and the garlic toast was hard as a rock and cold. The waitress was very busy but it took way to long just to get our salads, and the place was cramped and quite noisy.

I hadn't had chilean sea bass in so many years so when I saw it on the menu I had to order it. I try to eat more fish these days and this plate was the best fish I have had in so long. My husband really enjoyed his steak, he said it was cooked to perfection. What a great place, just what the downtown core needed.
I am so glad that Joe & family have opened another restaurant in Cornwall. The quality of food shines in everything that they prepare. As for pricing we had appetizers, salads, main courses, desserts, coffees and of course wine and our bill before gratuity was only $68.00. I don't know about you but I can't go to some of the fast food chain restaurants and have all of the above for under $80.00; and it's all pre-packaged. As far as "strattc", I think your taste buds have been affected by all those other restaurants that you've bothered to review. If I'm in the mood for delicious meals prepared from scratch at a super reasonable price, I will definitely go to Moustache Joe's and recommend it to all my friends.
I was doing a little shopping in the downtown, feeling a little tired, I dropped by to sit & relax. I had never been in before but heard a lot of really great things about it.
I was never treated so courteously in my life, the staff along with Amanda (Joe's daughter) were so pleasant. They made me feel at home.
I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and can't wait to go for dinner sometime soon.
Me and my best friend were walking down pitt when we were captivated by a sign for a restaurant, a man with a large moustache, so we decided to go in and that was the highlight of my day :)

Great atmosphere and service, started witha fresh caesar salad, then had the prime rib with, was so tender it melted in your mouth...and their homemade desserts are to die for. I would recommend going here for any occasion
this is such a great place, nice and quite in the downtown area, i love the food here, i am never disapointed when i come, the seafood linguine is the best around. I would recoment this place to anyone.
Wow, we had heard about this place from some friends who couldnt stop talking about it, now we see why! Its all so good, the best meal of my life. Joe even existes! I thought he was just a made up character ha ha ha! I was surprised to see that they even use real parmesano reggiano, the good stuff, i c'nt get enough of that. This was one of if not the greatest meal of my life!

Minnestrone was a little too hot, had to wait till it cooled down. Pannini was excellent, made fresh with lots of great italinan flavors, tortellini was fabulous. Definitely a great place for a high quality quick lunch. No table service at lunch though - you have to order at the counter. Dinner menu looks interesting - more choices and table service provided.
All I can say is wow, the food, the atmosphere, the table service at night, it was all so excellent, I love how they rotate their specials every week, it gives you so much variety, and all under 15$. If ur in Cornwall or just love excellent italian food drop by, especially the panninis, there so excellentl. :)
