The Courtyard

Our soccer team and parents, a party of 30+, invaded for lunch and we were really impressed with the service, the food, the atmosphere, everything was amazing! The server, Hunter, remembered everyone's names, no ones orders were mixed up, the separate bills were all correct... Considering the place was packed with other enthusiastic soccer fans, we couldn't have been happier with our experience! Would definitely reccomend.

Decent food at fair prices. Great patio!

Don't know what was worse. The food or the service?

We went out for dinner on a Wednesday night. We were surprised that it was so busy for a Wednesday, and were looking forward to dining at the Courtyard since we ate there about 6 months earlier and had a relatively positive experience. Our server was rather unfriendly. He showed a lack of interest in caring for our needs and in ensuring that we had a nice experience. Our food took forever to get and when it finally did arrive, it tasted absolutely horrible. We ended up leaving and didn't even leave a tip. We were wondering if the restaurant is under a new management/owner, because the freshness/quality of food was beyond lacking. I think Gordon Ramsey may have another candidate for his tv show "Kitchen Nightmares". Go somewhere else if you want to eat decent food.

had a beer poured into my lapt last night by the waitress. so much so that i could poor the beer off my shirt onto the floor. i was forced to go home and change then meet up with the rest of our party later. i know accidents happen, but places like this should have the courtesy to offer something for this type of inconvenience and damper. we were even charged for the extra $1 for a side of ice cream with dessert. not until my wife said something did we get 1 of our drinks taken care of. the live music is intolerable both in volume and music style/ability.

A Great Neighborhood spot

I've seen bad days there but I've seen many good days. If you like UFC, this is a GREAT place to watch fight nights but get there by 9:30pm if you want a seat. The food is good, it's not gourmet but British Pubs don't generally have gourmet dishes. The servers are friendly and attentive, even after you've been there for a few hours watching the fights and the owner is always around if you have a concern. Sure, the decor could use a sprucing up, but this place is homey and comfortable and that's why people keep coming back. The patio is great in the warm weather and it's a good location.

Time for an overhaul

We stopped in for lunch - an appetizer and French Onion Soup. The soup was greasy and lukewarm at best. The restaurant could use a good cleaning. Scrap that - it needs a complete gutting. The fabric on the bench seating was worn straight through to the foam all along the edges. The menus even seemed greasy. The whole place seemed greasy. The wait staff was very attentive but not intrusive so good marks there. If there is a problem with flies then please hang a fly strip in some hidden location. I'd rather they stick to tape then buzz around my food. It's time to take that dark interior to something lighter and more contemporary. Nothing has been done to the interior in years. I won't be back until the menu and interior are changed.

The Teriyake Salmon here is the best salmon that I've ever had. I came here with my boyfriend and we sat out in the patio. The service was very friendly here and I couldn't ask for anything more. I recommend people to try it here if you want good food and an outdoor patio especially during beautiful weather.
