Randy worked with John McTavish Plumbing for 15 years and took over the business on December 1st, 2012. He now operates as Randy's Plumbing. Randy takes great pride in supporting other local businesses. He goes out of his way to purchase his equipment and supplies locally whenever possible.     Is he still in business? Randy helped to put in the original plumbing to my new construction home. Recently I had a problem with the plumbing and thought he would be the best person to contact. I wanted to schedule a service call so I emailed, left a message via his website, and left voice messages FIVE times requesting he return my calls. He never did. How can you be in business when a customer tries this many times over two weeks and you completely ignore them?
