    Overpriced and un...

    Overpriced and unreliable. Their worker Phil was great, but they were 3 hours late their first day, and only came after three more phone calls. The technician they sent said he didn't have tools or supplies with him to do the work. And to top it all off they quoted way higher than anybody else. All in all a pretty negative experience.

    this review is from Ryan on June 9th 2015 between 11:00 to 11:30 AM our office received the call requesting service to clear a red tag by the gas company. at this point we told the caller we would contact him as soon as the service tech as completed with his existing calls. we arrived at his location about 2:45 PM. upon inspection of the code violations, the service tech took pictures to verify the numerous violations. our service tech was not prepared to re-pipe the entire gas system to the water heater and furnace, re-vent the water heater and bond the gas line. the owner had more than 1 red tag. during the conversation with our service tech, the owner admitted he had installed the gas services and the plumbing himself. the TSSA rules are, the last gas fitter on site to work becomes responsible for the entire system and violations. this is a very vindictive customer, he went out of his way to post his review to 9 ads of ours.|

    this home owner decided to do all of his own gas fixture installations and received a red tag for hazards for the entire mess that he had created. when he called in for service he was told the service man was on other jobs and as soon as he was able he would be there. the service tech was not prepared to re-install all of the gas lines, water heater and furnace at this point. the service call was for a red tag not several. the service tech did not charge for a service call. we will be dealing with the TSSA in this case. we have pictures of his mess.
