Mr Printer-Mr Signs

The customer service team of Mr Printer and Mr Sign is outstanding. They accommodated my urgent-same day order and delivered it on time. Robin, the Customer Service Representative/Graphic Designer, was very helpful and gave me a call to suggest better ways to print the items. He was also easy to contact throughout the day by email and phone. Nandy did a great job with the delivery coordination. Their customer service made it possible for us to execute the project we had in mind. 5 stars

I made an order online, I called the to find out how the process works. It was clearly explained to me on the phone that someone would call me if there was an issue with my file. The print was extremely pixelated. They offered to reprint for a discounted rate of 40$ which also was higher than the regular price. Terrible experience. I dont know how they are in business for 38 years, with such attitude and poor business practices.

Needed a last-min...

Needed a last-minute custom cutout for a surprise party -- Mr. Signs really pulled through for me! The cutout was a great hit; got lots of compliments. Excellent quality, helpful staff, fair prices.

Awhile ago I did have an unpleasant experience with this business. However, the owner called me to find out what actually happened. He was very accommodating, sincere and really wanted to solve the issue. I appreciate good customer service and good business. Will definitely go back again.

I had the worst e...

I had the worst experience at this place. All the files that were scanned came back corrupted. They were extremely rude on the phone, pointed out it was clearly our fault the files were corrupted (how?!). I would never recommend this place to anyone. Unreliable, rude, and unprofessional. I'm amazed they're still in business. 1 star is a bit too generous.

Great Customer Service & Quality Products!

We heard wonderful things about Mr. Printer & decided to test their services by ordering custom stamps. They had many more options and a much more reasonable price than Staples. We received the custom stamps very quickly & were very pleased with the quality of the product. We have since ordered more of their wonderful products & hope to continue to do business with the friendly & knowledgeable staff at Mr. Printer for a long time!
