I dined in with my friends and we were courteously waited on all night. The seats were comfortable and the way they have a refreshing layout that is different from the standard Chinese restaurant - making it a prime choice for dates. The food was excellent - some would swear that you have to travel out to Markham for great Chinese food but the Wokker put that to rest. Nice presentation on the appetizer, seafood done just right - moist and FRESH. Lobster was far from the usual tired fare, and get this... they LEAVE you the tomalley! The beef brisket (always a safe bet for people trying Chinese for the first time) is not smothered with sauce or overly tenderized with baking soda - which points to care in picking top quality ingredients in the first place. I have already been back twice since, and the only thing that I would comment on is that the layout makes it difficult to book a traditional large feast, but that's the trade-off you have to make.

I could not believe what they sent me for...

I could not believe what they sent me for delivery the other night. The food was disgusting. I even found a bug in the fried rice. I called back to let them know, and they claim that I was lying. I was very insulted and I ended up not eating that night. I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Ok, so I ordered their signature Lobster...

Ok, so I ordered their signature Lobster dish....Delish!!! I'm still drooling thinking about it. The food was very flavorful, and enormous servings too (for the guys). Anything seafood on the menu is definitely worth a try.

The Wokker Restaurant is truly a high-class Chinese Restaurant. The modern and warm interior was very welcoming and the food was more than delightful. It was truly a fine dining experience that I would definitely like to have again.
