    Called them after several good service experiences to install a new updated toilet. Ended up with wrong model due to a failure to communicate between both parties. Muro offered no resolution or compromise so we now have a very unwanted ugly toilet and will be looking for a new plumber. Plumbers are good but office admin is not and poor customer support.

    Thank you for your review Pamela, we apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the toilet. We ensured the toilet quoted for you was the one installed, a white American Standard lined toilet that is elongated right height (tall) and has a slow close seat. We offered to install your own purchased toilet if you wished however due to our attractive pricing it was decided to go ahead with the one we quoted. We offer competitive rates and quality work paired with great customer service.

    Boy can you tell when a buisness has experience, from the moment I called to when the basement was pumped out, sewer unpluged, furnace and hot water tank replaced and some drainage changed. Some of these smaller outfits charge more than a professional one. Keep up the good work Muro boy's.
