Insulated an unfinished basement. Pricing and booking was done in a reasonable amount of time. Job was finished in about 2 hours. Had them try and cancel the morning of the booking because a work crew called in sick but when I explained that we had made arrangements to be out of the house (as required by them) they made a sure a crew came to complete the job. Would recommend these people to others. Price I was quoted was the price I was charged and was approx. 30% cheaper than competition.
Great Northern was fantastic to work with. The sales team was quick to offer a fair quote and answered many questions along the way providing some good ideas for a tricky farmhouse reno project. The young gentlemen that came to do the insulation was fantastic and went above in beyond as there was some pretty tricky spots that needed insulation and others that spray foam ended up not being possible and he came up with a solution. Would use them again.
I vetted several companies providing insulation services to insulate my 19th century cottage. I had researched the insulation process on older buildings and asked some pretty difficult questions. They did a great job. They were quick to come out and give me a quote and it was less than a 2 week lead time to do the work (End of October timing). The installers did a great job, kept it all clean and conformed to my requests (ensuring the HVAC units were sealed, etc). They did the ceiling in my garage, as I have a loft above it. It is now nice and warm! Happy I went with GNI, good price, good service.
Wonderful customer service and excellent product. Needed our upper level insulated in our old farmhouse. We received a quote for a couple different options very fast.
