    Terrible service! Years ago they did some work for us and they installed the shut off valve so that you can’t actually shut it off. In December 2017 our water heater was leaking so we called them to provide a quote for a new water heater. Jim’s son came out and said he’d send us a quote within 24-48hrs. We never received a quote and could never get a call back. We just received an invoice from them for services we never received! Tried calling them and no call back, surprise surprise!

    I had a 4 year business relationship with this business. It terminated when I discovered that a toilet which 2 of their plumbers installed at 2 different times was leaking. I called them to fix the leak and they charged me for the repair. They were not willing to accept the responsibility and have insisted that my husband removed the toilet and taken a nut off t-bolt for flange spacers. Now I have a rotten sub-floor underneath this toilet, and it still leaks.
