Recently purchased our countertops from here, thought the service was nothing but excellent and efficient! Staff was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Price was best compared to anywhere around here. Even the men in the back where you pick-up were nothing but helpful and respectable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new updates in their home or business!
The company damaged my wall, installed the wrong sealant and left a mess on the floor. I sent a note to the owner. The owner called back and immediately launched into an explanation justifying why the damage occurred and defending their position. After spending over $6,000 with this company in the last few months, this minimum level of customer satisfaction and/or customer appreciation was shocking to me.
Several years ago we had The Countertop Depot install laminante countertops in our kitchen. Years after the counters still look new. This week we had them come back and install laminate in our in-law suite. From the selection process to finished follow-up they paid careful attention to every detail. So pleased with their work!

The measurements were accurate, the counter was completed on time and the install went off without any problms. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful whenever I called or needed info. Provided drawings, did not add length up properly. Sent back for a rush. That took 9 days. Original order took 9 days. Then scratched it. Another who knows how long. Unreliable.
