My husband and I go every other Thursday for boneless wing night and sometimes well go for game nights and we love the great food and atmosphere! It's inexpensive, fun and the food is top notch. You can get your meal extremely quick and it doesn't feel rushed at all. We are able to eat on our 30 minute lunch breaks sometimes and it's a wonderful alternative to something like a quick burger.
Awful service. I brought my girlfriend out for dinner to this establishment for the first time and we were seated in the middle of the loud dining area, and given menus. We were told that a server would be with us soon, so we chose what we were going to order. A HALF AN HOUR passed and we weren't even served drinks. All the waiting staff seemed to be more interested in socializing by the take out counter instead of actually serving. We both got up and left and called the manager on our way to another restaurant. The manager responded by saying "sorry about the inconvenience, I'll look into it." I will NOT recommended this restaurant to anybody I know, and I will NOT be returning. This restaurant is new to Hamilton and already does not have a good reputation (judging by the previous reviews). Some serious changes should be made if they want to stay in business. I will be sending the head office a letter about this as well.
The options for customizing your wings were surprisingly limited for a wing joint. The wings were small, and the sauces nothing special (tried 3). The poppers were not as described on the menu, and obviously frozen not fresh. Servers/staff were friendly, but not very attentive, and were congregated around Take Out desk socializing. Would not go back or recommend this restaurant to a friend.
My daughter, son in-law and myself were very excited to go to the new Buffalo Wild Wings here in Hamilton. When we first walked in I was deafened by the constant roar that came from the 30 odd TVs they had there. Let me say that in my 52 years I have never had such a wretched experience in any dining establishment. The service was unbelievably bad. Our inexperienced servers were busier socializing than serving. The food was unrecognizable as well..food. Globs of gross batter with a sliver of processed chicken. It was also cold and if it wasnt for the sauces flavorless as well. When we mentioned this to our server we were met with hostile, snappy comebacks. I for one will tell everyone I know about the service and the food at this establishment and I will NEVER return there.
