Omg I can’t express how great they are...first off very friendly...I brought two phones to them that both were under warranty with Apple. I originally brought them to Apple and they told me they were not repairable they had both died..basically fried. Thanks goodness I kept them and decided to try a different source. Direct Cell fixed both phones that I was told couldn’t be fixed. I strongly refer them to everyone. Great place and good prices. Thanks Direct cells

Poor customer service today. Paid for I. P. T.V. service and not working up to normal. Wss told the money is already gone. I never asked for my money back. I asked for the service I paid for. Was told nothing could be done until my 3 months was up. So I have to put up with it for 5 weeks which is already paid for. Will look for another provider.....

Went to get screen replacement and everything was ok. After month and a half screen went black while I was using the phone so I got to this place again. Employee said that it happened because iPhone fell but they would take a look at it. When I went there again they showed me that LCD was peeling from screen and claimed that it was my own fault and they can change the screen again for 100$ and after I refused they didn’t even put everything back normally and screws are sticking out a little. Terrible went there to get my screen fixed I believe they gave me a cheap replacement did not even last a month!!!! Went back to tell them and they did not help!they wouldn't even look at it! Just said they couldn't do anything DO NOT GO HERE

Awesome place sales rep and technician are very honest i have an iphone 6plus which had a broken glass so i went to a place in the mall the guy told me at the mall store that your screen is crack and it will cost me $195 to get it fix which i think it is a lot so one of my friend told me try Direct cell the price is very reasonable i called and they told me $149.99 so i went to the store in stoney creek location.

I have an iPhone 6 plus which had a cracked screen. This was the WORST service I have ever experienced. I brought my iphone 6 in for a screen replacement and an unlocking. Regarding the screen replacement: the screen was not secured properly and is popping out of one corner. The LED lights are visible from the outside of the phone. On top of that, I get no wifi connection, and very poor data because of the way they messed with my phone antenna when replacing the screen.
