    I like Kelsey's r...

    I like Kelsey's restaurants just NOT THIS ONE. The service was painfully slow and the food was poorly cooked and tasteless. after my first bad experience at this Kelsey's, I shouldn't have returned but I thought it might have been just an off night for them. Well the second time was as bad as the first. And unfortunately we tried a third time with another couple. How dumb are we? Won't be returning. And thought it was time to post.

    Great as Always

    Not sure why there are bad reviews on here. Must have visited at a bad time or something. I eat here almost weekly and am never let down. The menu is always improving and the service is pretty well standard- GREAT. Drinks specials are always happening and there are usually seasonal deals as well. If something does go wrong (which is inevitable once in a while in ANY restaurant), a manager always comes out to fix the problem and adjust the bill accordingly. Keep it up Kelseys

    Used to be good

    Expensive and the food is not what it used to be. They must have changed hands because the food is not very good now. We waited awhile for the food also.

    Took way too long

    I've been to Kelsey's a few times before, but this will be my last visit. I've only got an hour for lunch and it took nearly the whole hour for our orders to arrive, and we ordered from the 15 minute menu. I guess they don't know how to tell time over there. The service is thee worst in the business, the food is, well, can I really call it food, I'd like to call it something else, but I won't. Anyway, my last visit has been made to Kelsey's, won't be back ever again

    Good for a low-budget night out

    I've been here on three occasions because I'm sick of the campus food at McMaster University. After sampling the menu a few times, I think the food fits the price adequately. It isn't fine dining in any sense, but easy on the wallet if you're on a budget and far superior to traditional fast food chains. The appetizers we've had (see below) are all decent, as are the main courses. The service is prompt, attentive to requests like dressing changes, and friendly as well. I'd recommend this restaurant to a university student or anyone living in the area, though it does draw a younger crowd and the overall ambience resembles that of a bar.
