Carl and his boys had me in and out of the shop in 10 minutes. Topped me up with synthetic, let me know when I needed to co.e and did the usual check everything over. Super convenient ?

Went to the centennial location for an oil change. Noticed all the workers display extreme professionalism and showed great open end communication between themselves. In addition, a great amount of effort spent to explain all the steps that were taking place with my car, which was very appreciated. Kiran did an excellent and thorough job at ensuring my car was in the best condition. Will definitely be going to this location again.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Terrible service. Of course they tried to sell me on everything in the book, which I saw coming. I asked for synthetic and they sold me on high mileage, which I was then advised by a proper mechanic that was probably not the best choice. After I left mr. lube (with oil all over my car) I began having problems that I had never experienced with my car. Sensors weren’t working, car wouldn’t start. Refused to accept they had done anything.

Moe, Leo and Jay did an amazing job! strongly recommend the Centennial Parkway in Hamilton ON location. If I could give them a 10*, I would!!!

Oil change was quick, but they told me I needed to change my diff fluid. Witch I had changed 4 months before. They showed me it and it was fine. Also when they were finished they closed my hood and there was ice under the hood, so when they closed my hood it bent up I'm not happy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
