Called to inquire about the cost of a ladies cut and highlights and the stylist who answered sounded extremely stressed, saying she couldn't take any more clients right now because she had too much going on and no help. She didn't let me get a word in edgewise, and left me feeling like an idiot for calling. The most frustrating part is that my husband recently went there on a whim for a cut, got to talking to the stylist about my hair issues, and she actually gave him a business card with her name on it and told him aged love to do my hair and that she was up for the challenge.
