3/4 weeks before most Mac students start coming back this place looks to be in rough shape. No real sense of urgency, no manager to be seen. Place is alright for drinks, used to be good for food now not so much. Best to stay away honestly until they figure it out. There are other options out there.
I guess if you're in the area and you're looking for a drink it might make sense. Even then I'd probably go somewhere else.
Time for a makeover in this place ! The carpets need to be replaced ! Not being a Drinker I noticed the smell permeating throughout the building ! Food was adequate but I guess the Beer makes up for it ! hmmmm Maybe I should start drinking !

I dont know of another bar who caters more to customers more. They have tonnes and tonnes of great beers on tap. A list of great specials on everyday of the week.
If you havent been to Snooty Fox, than you should go right now. Seriously...
A favourite local pub, partly because of the location. Sometimes I feel the name "Snooty" fits in more ways than one....the staff often acts like they don't need your business because there are plenty of people ready to spend their money inside. However, they have good drink specials, lots of beers on tap and even do some special events like karaoke and live music. Other than the basic pub food after drinking a couple beers, I wouldn't eat there. Very low quality food.
I go there mainly for drinks. It's the main drinking hole in Westdale. Food is not unusual. Pubfare is cheap on Thursdays and beer is cheap on Mondays. Darts is very popular.
Snooty can be excellent, and my experiences usually are thanks to the friendliness of wait-staff who recognize me.
For the uninformed, after 12am, every day the appetizers are half priced with a purchase of a drink. Unbeatable! Recommend combo bread with cheese, combo platter, best calamari around, jalapeno poppers are excellent, spring rolls are excellent, wings are off the hook.
The food was plentiful, the service wonderful. The only complaints I have is that the nachos had very little cheese and the poppers were not served hot...but at least they were cooked, just served lukewarm. The chips were wonderful and piping hot and the curry sauce...very tasty.
I enjoy the snooty fox, Me and my husband go there quite often. Lots of beer on tap, good food, nice atmosphere, and lovely servers. It can get a bit busy and loud at night when all the Mac students go, but for breakfast or lunch its a nice place. Prices are also very reasonable.

wings are huge, and tasty, little slow on the service, but friendly , nice clean atmosphere, for family or friends, good place to check out. I recommend it.
Very popular with university students at Mac. Snooty has a ton of beer on tap, great choice for going out for a beer with friends. The restaurant aspect isn't quite as satisfying, I've been here about 4 times, and everytime the service is lousy. The food is mediocre, for the price it should be better. One thing they've mastered, the nachos, they're always great. So for a beer and nachos to watch the game, great place!

Great place for wings and beer with a huge draft menu. However was very dissapointed with the bar service. The bartender had a bad disposition and was irratible with us. This was my second encounter with him and have been treated poorly both times. Get grumpy off the bar and I will come back.
