    ent in for x-rays and ultrasound. was told my Dr would have results in 5 business days. wait 3 weeks with no response. Call who received 0 results, call the clinic and its as if I never existed. Now I have personal x-rays and ultrasound results just sitting around somewhere and need to restart the process that is now 3 weeks delayed. Would never recommend this place. Even if you have to drive out of your way and take time off work its still better than wasting your time and risking your health

    Everytime I call to book an appointment I have to call the central booking number and it goes to a voice mail and the mail box is always full. How do they expect people to book appointments. This is a terrible service.

    Walked in this morning around 8:30, no appointment, Xrays done by 9 am, at home by 9:30. Nice customer service. Now waiting for our family doctor to get the 4 Xrays or Radiologists review. Not sure how long that will will. Called family doctor - they don't have the info yet (10:15 am) but all the images are online - so it should go quickly. Pretty sure bone is broken.

    i have never had a more unpleasant front desk experience. The two women working the front desk this morning, shouldn't be in the field they are in. I came in and asked a simple question and left humiliated. Disgraceful.

    Terrible experience. My wife made appointment for ultrasound but we called them that morning and they said there is no appointment for her that day. How do I make a complaint for this?

    So SO rude... front desk staff are just awful. I wonder if someone reads these reviews or cares about customer service, if in fact someone does, please call and "test drive" how awful can your employees be.

    Bad service and bad manner. You had to reschedule your appointment or waited for more than an hour if you are 6 minutes late for your ultrasound appointment.

    Been here twice f...

    Been here twice for scheduled appointments and both times was told I was "not in the schedule" and that they "did not know why". Apparently I'm now officially on the schedule.

    Very bad customer...

    Very bad customer service, very disorganized, I booked an app for my daughter, I called the day prior the app and they said she was not in the schedule. I was waiting three weeks for that app. Unbelievable.
