Was way overcharged for a part, this led to a very expensive bill even with reasonable shop rates. I will attempt to fix on my own with much cheaper parts in the future.

Good Honest work. A rare commodity these days!

Disappointed with the customer service. Had called twice for an oil change and when I showed up I was sent away and told to call back later in the morning. When I did I was once again turned away. I could not believe this because I was turned away twice. When a shop tells a customer to come in for service they should honour their word and keep the appointment and not turn away a customer. What's the old saying "The customer is always right". If a customer makes the effort to show up for service

Excellent service in all of york region....genuine and able to assist you in most cases if you need a quick oil change. Would definitely recommend Dan for all your volks needs. Excellent Shop and People

Have had two cars in there recently, a VW Passat and Volvo S60 and the service was outstanding. Dan knows VW's better than anyone I've ever met and understands that you need a fix that fits your budget. Would HIGHLY recommend using Woody's VW.
