Went in for a value added oil change special and service / prices were so good that I dealt with some other issues that I had figured my Honda was having as well. In and out in great time and staff was very professional & courteous. They explained all options in terms I could understand with no pressure. I will be back!
I am a faithful Midas customer and trust them to do all repairs and maintenance on my car. I appreciate the free 5th oil change and that they will guarantee my alignment for 6 months. With all the new potholes in the city of Kingston I'm sure this will come in handy.
Went to Midas for new winter tires after hearing the Doug Gilmore commercial! I love my tires and had no fear driving this winter. They stored my summer tires for me saving me the hassle of bringing them home and keeping them in my garage. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to wait 20 minutes longer than expected. I probably should have taken the shuttle back to work that they offered - next time I will for sure. I'll definitely go to Midas for all my repairs and maintenance!
I love that they vacuumed my floor boards, washed my mats, filled up my windshield washer fluid and rotated my tires with my oil change! I always get a semi-synthetic oil change because my dealership recommended it so it's nice to get more bang for my buck at Midas!
I tried Midas through a friends suggestion after a different repair shop couldn't seem to fix a wiring problem with my ford. They diagnosed it and repaired it that day. They also shuttled me back to work so I wouldn't have to wait around or bug a coworker for a ride!
I came in for an oil change and they put the wrong oil in the vehicle. How can I trust that they completed the oil change correctly if they can't even figure out which oil to insert? Additionally, they replaced my vipers without my consent. Finally, the oil change was supposed to come with vacuuming of the floorboards but this was not done. I did not receive the correct service I paid for and this oil change may end up me more if the carelessness with which my car was treated is any indication.
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 2:30pm. When I arrived I was told that my appointment was at 3pm. My confirmation said 2:30 but I shrugged it off and returned for 3pm. Upon my return I was told it would take 30-45 minutes, and that complimentary wipers would be installed as part of a promotion. My car was not ready until 4:45 (an hour and 45 mins later) & wipers were not installed. I received no explanation for the delay & a half hearted apology. Awful experience.
Took them 2 hours to do oil change with booked appointment, and did not rotate tires like asked. Horrible customer service
unprofessional--dishonest---worst service ever received---complained about improper work performed---refused any warranty as I had supplied a tailpipe on exhaust work costing over $1000-ripoff!!!!---avoid doing business at midas kingston!!!!!!!
