    Horrible Owner Who Insults Customers For No Reason

    Very rude, very unprofessional owner. While the plumber we dealt with was very kind, I was shocked by the rudeness of the owner we spoke to on the phone. She accused us of having no intention to pay because we had to send the invoice to my dad. I have been doing this for all services I've used in Kingston without problem. She was insulting and accusatory. We called another company and had a wonderful experience. Professional services can be found, just not at Ubdergrove. Steer Clear
