Worst walk in clinic, waste people’s time

I love this clinic. I go here for help with anxiety and ADHD and Dr Hafuth is the best. He is always helpful and kind, I am seriously switching to this clinic permanently. Also always a short wait and the pharmacy is also great!

Went in roughly two -three hours before closing, receptionists were very nice and helpful, was seen within 15-20 mins of arriving , though that may have been because it wasn’t busy, the doctor that saw me was very kind, explained everything in detail and I left pretty happy with my experience here

I am a patient, but am considering changing to another doctor. They dont renew prescriptions (even long-standing prescriptions) without seeing you in person. This is extremely inconvenient, as I have no need to drive 40 minutes round trip to see the doctor monthly just to have renewals provided, and seems to be a cash grab to collect fees for each unnecessary visit from OHIP. In addition, I dont like the fact that youre not given a regular doctor, and tend to see someone different each time.

Stops accepting patients 2 hours before closing time

A large number of physicians. Rarely see the same one twice. They can't remember your name or more importantly your history. Many repeat visits for the same issue before taking it seriously. Is this a part time job for ER physicians? If one physician works for the full 12 hours, can their judgment be acute enough to make a correct diagnosis and get to the right questions? Is this Conveyor Belt Medicine?

When I visit, very nice doctor see me

Great place. Doctor was very helpful and kind and took his time with my concerns. Great experience and would reccomend.

The doctor was very professional, but also was compassionate and had a sense of humour. The wait was fast and the environment was friendly. Would reccomend this clinic!

The doctors were two of the least helpful and least compassionate medical professionals I have ever dealt with. Both times, the doctors left me feeling confused, gave me no guidance or next steps, and belittled my pain by saying they have "seen worse". I ended up going to emergency yesterday, as I didn't know where to turn. The emergency room doctors gave me immediate surgery and said my condition was extremely dangerous. Thankful I chose to go to emergency. Would not recommend this clinic.

just writes scripts

day doctor (older) is great, the night doctor just want to write scripts. came in diabetic, asked for a referral to a dietician, young dr. refused, said he would give info, had to beg for a blood monitor,come back again for the strips, no indication in notes that he prescribed them. dr. did not introduce themselves or address me by name. had i followed his advise, i would not have looked for a diabetic clinic 4 blocks away where i could take control of my health and get the info i needed.
