I had an unfortunate experience at the cashier's station during my On Aug 9, at 1145am purchase. The staff member was quite rude and unprofessional in their demeanour, prompting me to request to speak with a supervisor. Despite the arrival of a supervisor, the situation only escalated as the supervisor was worse than the staff, refusing to provide her name, role or an avenue to file an official complaint. Not recommending this place. Also very messy store, besides rude staff.
