My friends & I visit this place regularly because...

My friends & I visit this place regularly because we love the food. Unfortunately this means we have to deal with the horrible service. The waitresses are usually polite when you first sit down, but it always ends up the same: the waitresses standing by the kitchen door laughing and giggling with the kitchen staff and ignoring the customers. After our meal we ALWAYS have to search for our waitress and request the bill, after waiting a good 15-20 minutes. Food is great, service is terrible.

The worst place to go during the summer, it is...

The worst place to go during the summer, it is way too busy. Service was really slow despite dozens of staff members walking around doing nothing. Food was about as good as you can get anywhere. Might go again but to a different location.

Despite the many servers they had working at the...

Despite the many servers they had working at the time it took 20 min between having our drinks and ordering our meal. Our server was very rude to us. Personally i don't like my burgers charred beyond recolegtion but but you di the moose is the place to be
