Went there tonight for burgers. They were too tough and dry and hard to chew. Couldn’t eat them. When we told the waitress she just laughed it off. Will not go back to this Chucks.
??????share if you've had a lousy experience also!!! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Five of us had gone in for a meal, three of us ordering Burger meals, one ordered a salmon dinner and the other just fries in a basket. Our three Burger meals came black, burnt to a crisp, and totally inedible. When we returned them to the kitchen complaining, it took at least 15 minutes to get the next Burgers, which were also burnt. When we called the waitress over
You have to be a regular to get any service here.
Not for hockey teams ... Made reservations a day ahead - knowing teams can be tough. Waitresses tried hard. 45 minutes on drinks. Almost every order was wrong. We ended up serving ourselves out of the kitchen. When we spoke with the manager, he told us that he didnt want our reservation and did us a favor taking it because we were playing in the OHF finals. Top it off - no apology or discount. Worst experience in 8 years or team meals. I will be writing the corporate office.
Good food and good price.
First and last time. Waitress forgot to put our order in. Then told me what I ordered was a typo on the menu. When we got the food it was cold. We had to wait over an hour for food while trying to entertain a toddler all that time. Cheap prices for a reason.
they don' t wash cups and glasses before serving. brough tea in a cup marked with someone else's lipstick and gingerale in a glass with some greasy material inside. i would upload a couple og photos if it is allowed.
Took 20 minutes to get a drink after being seated. Low prices though, can't complain too much, but i had to get up 3 times to track the server down.
Food was great! Definitely will be back!
