Poor customer service. Glass for my shower took 6 weeks to get installed and 3 trips to my house before they had the right size glass. When i tried to talk to someone about my concerns no one bothered to call or email me back. I still have $20000 worth of windows and doors to do but will not being using Caneron windows !!!
Will never deal with these guys again... I had someone come over to give me quote for multiple windows. He shows up without a tape measure, not even an catalogue of the options for windows. I had an old Andersen catalogue from which I picked out the windows and colours and sent him the information of what I needed. He then ordered the wrong colour - luckily I caught that before the order was delivered! I felt like I was an annoyance for them. Most awful customer service ever!!!

I called to get an estimate to have a new window put in, gave all my details to the less than friendly gentleman on the phone and have never heard back form anyone. I know it wan't a huge job, but I guess that tells you a lot about a company.
Would never purchase windows from here given poor customer service on the phone - sorry for bothering you.. I will gladly take my business somewhere else
