    In my humble opinion if doing your roof stay away from CAPOR little to no over site from the company. Way to much concern put into payment rather than workmanship to lay the customer at ease and give reasonable honest people peace of mind. When you bring up potential concerns you don't want to hear "you have a steep roof, and a fifty year warranty" as a silly infantile excuse you want the problems addressed they where not by the owner in my opinion. When it comes to roofing stay away from CAPOR.

    With regard to my last review on June 11 (see below),we absolutely did not hire any of Capor's contractors privately! Their reply is a perfect example of their unwillingness to take responsibility for their poor service. We booked the job with their salesperson Ed and dealt with the president, Derrick, most of the time. I still have my file detailing years, yes years, of correspondance that I had with this company, trying to get them to rectify problems.

    We had a window replaced and a bathroom renovation done by them 10 years ago. We spent over two years trying to get them to fix the shoddy work that was done. We finally gave up. The reason I am writing this review now is that we just had a contractor come in to check out noises that have been coming from our bathroom pipes. When he took apart the shower fixture, he was appalled to see that components were installed incorrectly and even upside down!

    it is unfortunate that you had such experience. Our main concern has always been to meet the highest customer satisfaction. It is our standard procedures to offer a five year workmanship on our projects and even if the warranty is expired, depending on circumstances, sometimes we offer good will gesture and respond to service call without charges. However, some clients hired in private some of our employees/subcontractors and in this case we offer no warranty since this is a private arrangement.

    Wonderful company...

    Wonderful company. Great experience from start to finish! The installers redid my roof, soffit, fascia and eaves trough and it looks beautiful. They were kind to my pets while on the premises and respectful of my property. I needed my roof done badly because of a leak I had and it only took a week after I signed for it to be done. Thank you!!!

    Terrible from start to finish!!

    Worst service you can possibly think of. I ordered two doors from them and wanted them installed before Christmas. They promised it would be done it wasn't. Finally my doors came in to be installed in January and needless to say as of today March 7th the job is still not complete. The installers were ignorant and so disrespectful and very unprofessional. They trashed my house and talked to me like I was a moron. They are complete hackers!!!!! I would never recommend them in a million years!! BEWARE
