Very immature people working here. I experienced bullying and rudeness, the likes I have never seen before. Unlicensed people doing crappy work onsite.
These people are awful! They Failed to provide the proper invoices with government documentary requirements, for my condo fees. They Failed to provide direct deposit info, so I could pay a bill, and threaten a lien on my condo without any way to pay them before the deadline, without direct deposit info. FIND A BETTER MANAGEMENT COMPANY!
I have been dealing with Dickenson Management for over 20 years and have had no problems with the company or staff. They are attentive to client needs and thoroughly investigate problems to ensure the right contractor is sent to resolve the issue at hand.
We have been helping Dickenson P.M. for a good number of years with electrical issues at many condos etc. We have no issues or complaints and hope to continue our arrangement.
I called with an evening emergency, over the holidays and they were quick to call me back. They contacted a plumber for my flood and before the end of the night, my issue was resolved.

I called with a concern about my neighbours being unruly and causing damage to the property. They listened and promised to start taking care of it immediately. WIthin a week, the issue was solved and I haven't had the problem since!
I called Dickenson Management with a leak in my basement. They responded immediately by contacting a contractor who then called me to confirm they could come over. The contractor sourced the issue and then came back the next day to fix it. A steam cleaner was called the same day and he came in to clean my carpet!
