Despite several repeated attempts via messages left on the office phone and emails to arrange a follow-up to discuss lab test results and formalize my maintenance treatment plan, Dr. Kipfer seems unwilling or unable to get back to me. Given my current state of health, that is tantamount to causing me needless harm, anxiety and stress. All this has come as a complete shock to me, as I considered our relationship nothing short of stellar.
