Great Lakes Lawn Care Inc

We had tried hiring 4 contractors to take care of our backyard so far and Great lakes were the forth and the best. Always in time. The job is done promptly. We never needed to request extra treatment and they always call to make sure we do not need to change the schedule. The mowing guys are super polite and friendly. I sure recommend

No stars. Worse service ever. Have not killed a single weed. Not even with additional applications. They were hired to kill the clover which is just mass multiplying. They have cancelled but service as asked but have not refunded my credit card payment. When a supervisor has been arranged to call me va k it never happens.

I agree with previous post. Very poor business practices. We decided Not to use them after trying their services last season. We were not pleased so we hired another firm this year. Great Lakes Lawn Care came without our permission or knowledge and fertilized our grass the same week our contracted service fertilized our lawn I called and they told me I would have to pay for this service we did not need nor authorize !! So frustrating !!! Very shady indeed!!! Stay clear.

Shady Sales Tactics and Poor Results

After using their services in 2013 my lawn still had many many weeds. For this reason I did not renew for 2014. So I came home today to find their sign on my front lawn along with an invoice in my mailbox for their first fertilizer application. After speaking with them on the phone there was nothing that they could do about the charges. Buyer Beware! I would not recommend this company.
