Direct human contact on phone. Gave me a quote and advised that there was a possibility of a change once they reviewed the items I wanted removed. I live in an apartment and they did not increase the quote for that, as some others do. Best quote of 10 places I contacted and *bonus*, they were available same day. They arrived promptly and were very proficient in the removal - only took 10-15 minutes. The telephone quote was maintained. The gentlemen were very kind to deal with. Recommend!
We used this Company to move a Lift chair from a 1 floor Condo into our Building with Elevator. We were offered Seniors Discount but Owner had to be reminded of that! They tracked in dry mud on white carpet! Asked for a favour (seniors) if they would put Lazyboy chair on Dolly down to our Car. Owner quoted 60.00 to do this - then called it a “laborious” job!!!! We did a review - his reply to us was totally false - lied about quote - denied having said it would be 60.00. DO NOT use this Company

Absolutely topnotch! They arrived earlier than expected, the price was as quoted ....unlike Brandon Uttley Moving, who increased the price after all the arrangements were made. Instead, I contacted Omera, he quoted a very reasonable rate & that was exactly what I paid. He kept me posted every step of the way & he & Cameron were extremely polite, very thorough & most considerate. I will definitely recommend them to my friends & family. I will definitely have them back again.

Called for a last minute move for a family member—9:00am for a same day move and they booked me for noon. Not only was their service prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and careful, it was extremely sensitive: they were mindful of the physical and mental health needs of the family member being moved. They phoned me twice during the move to check in and ask questions about the specific needs of my family member. Highly recommend Omero and would book them again without hesitation.
