    Horrible customer service. Tech came out months ago and said the seat cushions and covers on my sectional needed replacement. I have emailed twice regarding this matter and have received 0 response. DO NOT waste your money on a warranty company that doesnt care to honor the very warranty youd be paying for. I have never been completely ignored by a company Ive done business with. Waste of money. Complete waste of money.

    Company does not honour extended warranty and then ask for more money ($500) to give you a small portion of your money back in store credits

    More than worth the initial warranty coverage cost! We worked with numerous reps over 5 months to find a solution Chris, Dina, Jessica, Danielle & Kayleen all very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to provide an initial assessment kit to try to remove the stain from our couch, then sent a professional cleaning team, with no solution yet, they finally offered the option to replace both couches from the original purchase. We accepted their have a new replacement! Thank you Zucora

    Prompt contact and arrangement for service tech. The tech arrived on time and was very professional going about his service. Item needed to be replaced, we were informed and within a few days was back with the part as he had indicated would happen. Again very punctual and service was completed quickly. Very happy with dealing with Zucora Inc. and there Technician.

    Submitted our service request online and Zucora replied asking for a copy of the bill and some pictures of the issue. These were sent and within a few days we were contacted by the service technician and a date was set. The service technician showed up within the allotted timeframe and repairs were completed within 30 minutes.

    After reading a few of the reviews I was actually shocked. I accidentally got blue ink on my cream sofa chair. I called and the day after the solution was at my doorstep. The solvent they sent worked like a charm. I hope our luck continues if other problems come along.

    We went with Lazyboy because they were supposed to be good. We have to lift chairs because of health issues.My wife,s control pendant broke and we had to wait for 2 months to get this repaired.Very unsatisfied with the time it has taken

    These business is a pure scam.. don't ever buy their services people.. I personally have had a terrible experience with them. Just go on google reviews and see how many people are complaining about their service related to the stuff they put warranty on it when they bought it!

    Does not follow through with agreed upon contract terms. Filed for a fix for an accidental tear to my couch, they rejected it saying it was considered normal wear which is not covered. I realized they could reject almost any inquiry under this.
