Hired LOTUS Nov. 2017. We did an interlock addition. Paid $3,300.00 for garbage! Not even 5 months in the work was deteriorating, crumbling, shifting and polymeric sand was disappearing! Contacted Irene & Alex April 11, 2018 with ALL the issues and supplied pictures. After months of emailing and LOTUS promising to come by and see what needs to be corrected here we are 1 year later still waiting. save your $$ and go elsewhere. See pictures of workmanship which has only gotten worse!
