I crave for the food from this place. I really hope they don't change a thing! Love this stuff, The chicken, the sauce, the corn bread, the deserts. everything! Thank you Red Rooster for being there to fill the void in our bellies.

BEST CHURRASQUEIRA IN THE CITY!
I've eaten at quite a few Churrasqueira restaurants in the city (I married into a Portuguese family) and I have to say - this is the best in the city. Even my Mother-in-Law agrees! The chicken is 100% authentic and the piri-piri sauce is to die for! We always buy more. It's family run, very friendly (and I dont' speak Portuguese - and neither do half the servers, btw). I've been to other Portuguese-type places in the Vaughan area and none of them even come close to Red Rooster. I've even held parties where I've had them cater and they've been nothing short of fantastic. Everyone I've introduced to Red Rooster has loved it. I highly recommend Red Rooster if you're looking for Authentic Portuguese. And, it's great value!You won't be disappointed!!

Authentic and properly prepared, seasonings...
Authentic and properly prepared, seasonings, portions and food quality are consistently excellent. I eat there frequently, over the past few years and have yet to be dissapionted. This place is the real deal. The homemade hot sauce is a genuine treat. It's worth a travel to.

Best Churrasqueira place in Vaughan,Fantastic. I would definately recommend this place to all my family & friends. The food is very tasteful except for the rice there is no flavour to it, it's just plain rice! They should add something to spice it up! Almost forgot it's a very small place so you could not eat there if they are busy & you go with more than 2 ppl. I would definately recommend that you call ahead of time & pick up your order. If they are busy be prepard to wait a good 1/2 hour for your food! The portions are hughes 2 ppl can eat from one dinner. Service is slow b/c it takes time to make fresh & delisious food. Overall it I enjoy it all the time & never have had a bad experience or gotten sick over the food!

This place is great! food is amazing. I have ordered the chicken with potates and rice many times and I am never disappointed! If the place is busy, be prepared to wait up to half hour plus for your food, however its fresh cooked goodness! Highly recommended.

I've been to countless restaurants of this type and NO-ONE can beat their amazing secret hot sauce!!! Their chickens melt off their bones, the pork is tender and the sides are cooked to perfection. This will be a more than monthly trip!!!

Overall this was an ejoyable experience. I really enjoyed the food. It was quite tasty and the portions were great. The service was also great. The restaurant was quite busy but the waitress managed to serve my table efficiently and catered to our every needs.
