I needed to buy a full set of appliances. They had the most competitive price. Service was great. Products delivered on time with no glitches. The delivery guys were courteous and experienced. Overall a great experience. Will definitely go back to them in the future and send referrals.

So far so good! Just took delivery of a new fridge and range hood - the driver called to say he’d be early by 1.5 hours so that worked out great for us as we were in. The two men were experienced and considerate - everything went off without a hitch! Now we just have to wait to plug the refrigerator in and see if it works! A great experience so far - thank you Billa!

Really bad customer service. I went to their Markham location to find out a price on a specific appliance because they won’t tell you the price over the phone. When I was there they couldn’t tell me if the item I wanted was in stock and said they’ll call me back the next day. I called 3 times the day they were supposed to call me back, each time the women on the phone said someone from sales will call me back. No one has called me back yet. Horrible service for a willing and paying customer.

Referred to Billa by a friend, was told their price and customer service was good. We ordered a refrigerator and a range from them. We told Tony it is a townhouse and the kitchen is on the 2nd floor, he said the movers will take good care of the appliances. The movers made a few dents and scratches on the fridge, and a chip on the wall along the staircase. They had unpleasant attitude and never apologized. Billa called back after my complaint and apologized for them, BUT NOW THEY DISPUTE MY CASE
