    Very happy with the service I got. I went into jewellery forever to change a battery on my watch. I asked if they can clean my ring! The jeweller cleaned my ring and polished it as well with no charge... I will definitely go back there and recommend it to my family and friends...

    I intend to buy a ring but when l went to the store for sizing Jerry wanted $10. He was so rude telling me that why should he "size" me for free. He was even raving and ranting when l left his store. Soooo unprofessional. Went to People's Jewelry and they size me w/o any hassle. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

    You did not to intend to buy a thing. As soon as you walked to in the store you demanded to be sized even without saying - Hi - . then you did not want to try or answers anything and your respond was ( I can get that done in Pacific Mall for free ) since a lot of people come to be sized and goes buying online we started charging for our service.. And you - Ding - are not a customer, you are a freeloader.

    Got my ring fixed here. No one wanted to touch my ring but they did and did a very good job… Best experience and customer service..

    Do NOT go here! I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are bringing in your jewellery to get repaired, cleaned or dropping it off for any reason, I would make sure you know the exact weight, size, colour, etc. What you bring in, isn't the same as what you get back! My recent experience was that I went in to get a link on a gold chain repaired and when I got it back, the weight and length of it had been altered and was significantly less! Terrible service! Will NEVER go back there!

    We know this person very well …. It is very unfortunate some people like that are out there and maybe we should post his name and info so other business would be aware of him! The Story... That chain is in a very bad shape. The chain was fixed before we touched it and we fixed it more than 7 times for him. Every time he came in we did it for him in half hour at the same day... that day his girlfriend brought the chain in to be fixed, just like she did a few times before… the chain got fixed she picked it up and happy like all the other time they come in.. An hour later he comes in the store and very unmannerly start accusing us of shorting his chain!!! We don’t know what happened between when he broke his chain and when his girlfriend got it in to fix! If he had a bad day or simply he was trying to get something for nothing!!! Thank god we have everything on the video and how RUDE he was even to his girlfriend by pushing her around!!! We take every situation very seriously and our customers are very important to us. If any mistake was done by our staffs, we will make sure to fix it and take care of our customers.

    Excellent Jewellery Store

    They have a wide range of selections, and really know thier materials. I went in to see if they can make a ring in gold that i found a picture on the interenet, and they actually could. They gave me an example, and a very reasonalbe price. I go to them to fix all my jewellery, and battery changes. Joe and Jerry deliever excellent customer service.

    Best Jewellery Store in Markham!

    I went in to the store to get a watch battery and when I left I had bought a beautiful Chamilia bracelet with beautiful beads on it for my daughters graduation. The selection is great and Jerry and Joe know their diamonds. My son is going to purchase his girlfriends engagement ring their as well. Thanks guys for all your help and expertise.
