Markham Medical Centre Family Physicians

These doctors are the best doctors in town. I have been going here for several years and do not have one complaint. The only problem is that they are not taking new patients. I love my doctor and if she is not on duty when I need assistance, one of the other fine physicians will usually see me. Doesnt get any better!

ST # 005 Ultrasound - The technician was rude and unprofessional, they did not have any clean paper towel for you to clean yourself after the ultrasound. She was causing me pain and not even bothering, i told her that i hurts when she pushes too much, but she did not care. She rushed everything and was asking me to hurry and sign the sheet and leave. After i was done, i asked her if I can have some paper towel to clean myself, she brought some dirty used towel instead of paper towel.

Very in incompetent and rude staffs. They do not answer to my questions and ignores it. I did blood test and the nurse poked the niddle wrong and blood didnt came out. She should’ve take the niddle out and try again. But she decided to keep the niddle in and swings it around to find blood vessel. While she is doing this, the niddle scratched my nerve and I couldnt move my arm for few hours. What she did is the stupidest thing I never experienced for such a simple blood testing.

I have been going to the Markham Medical Centre for years and years. My doctor is Dr. Saini and she is so wonderful I have been through many physical and emotional challenges and Dr. Saini went over and above the call of duty. My daughters both go to Dr. Saini and my two adult granddaughters both go to Dr. Saini. All the staff at the Markham Medical Centre and efficient and always polite.
