Dec 26, 2017 @5pm Placed my order for pick up and told to pick it up in 20 minutes. On arrival to pick up order I was told they remember taking my order but didn’t record it at all or bother completing the order saying oops sorry. No trying to fix there mess up. Will not go back to this dirty restaurant.

Reheated rice

I ordered Cantonese rice it was tasteless & dried out. It doesn't take a genius to realize that they had reheated it. The owner didn't seem to care when I told her the rice didn't seem fresh I think they pretended to make a new plate because the same one came back out. Dried & tasteless! what a way to lose business by reheating old rice instead of taking the time of making it fresh. What convinced me more was reading their reviews and seeing other people write same. Waitress was nice at least.

I had lunch here today with a friend and it was delicious and the prices were great. I especially loved the egg rolls

Avoid this place ...

Avoid this place if you can! The food (at least the lunch) seems reheated old food from previous day and does not look fresh. We have been there twice (dont ask - we thought we'd give it a second chance), and everyone in our party has stomach problems after leaving - both times! Sauces have the consistency of glue and the food has a general stale and old taste to it. I'm sure if you luck out and get the food freshly made, it'd be somewhat ok. Will not go back again.

Great Chinese food!

I have recently tried their food for the first time, and I was really amazed. It is by far the best Chinese food in Barrie. The woman who helped me was really polite and helpful, and my food was made really fast, especially for a Friday night. I will definitely be coming back here again! And just to make a point for the person who stated a rude comment before- chow mein is bean sprouts, not noodles, which why you didn't receive any. And I also have my own business, and sorry to disappoint you, but the customer is not always right, in fact, they are usually always wrong, and the only reason why "they" say "the customer is always right" is because you are dealing with a billion dollar corporation, not a family owned business!

Lunch Special-1 out of 5 times the food looks old like it was re-cooked in old oil five times over, especially the rice! The restaurant is very small and very slow if more than one person orders. Dinner is usually fresh (it it is busy) the Lemon chicken is the best I have ever had.
