Mr. Lube + Tires

We have been visiting this location for years. We went yesterday and they refused to change our winters/summers claiming that our lug nuts were not the right ones. We had been changing over our tires there for years with no issue and suddenly there is one? They had the guile to charged us for a tire rotation on top of the oil change! Our mechanic at the dealership said there���s nothing wrong with our lug nuts and that they are just trying to get us to spend money. Lost a loyal customer.

They were fast, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell me. I left feeling educated about my car, and I really appreciated that they checked out so many things and let me know how my car was doing. The employees were professional and communicated with each other in a well practiced and efficient way. I’d go again every time.

They are not professional, wrong information was provided at the time of service and when i called they said that’s wrong information. Very disappointing.

I want to reiterate what others are saying.... DONT GO HERE!! WORST SERVICE EVER! I went to get my tires balanced and drove 300m when I noticed both my left tires were FLAT. They refused to take any responsibility for it and they were EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful to boot. $90 is also way too much to pay for this service. Now you know.

Never go to this Mr Lube. Service is not up to the mark and also if you are looking for just oil change they will keep forcing you to get extra things done and make a huge bill. Went to get tire change the other day and the guy checked only 1 tire for balance n said all 4 tires need balancing. Did not even check them all and was going to charge $60 to balance them.
